Come to this session to learn when you should test, what you should test, how to do it in practice and how to get your team on board. You’ll leave this workshop with the outline for a real A/B test in your own product, including the new content & suggested KPIs. The only thing you’ll have left to do is sync with your team, and bask in the glory of A/B testing!

- You should know your company’s main KPIs. If you don’t already know, ask your BA.
- You should come with the 3 top user pain points for your company or product. If you don’t know how to find them, ask your product growth or support representatives.
About Ayelet & Jon
Ayelet is the team lead for eComm platform. She's also scared of driving and would take biking over driving any day (even if it means biking 45 minutes to campus - each way!).
