Negotiating with Stakeholders | Tovah Coldham

In this 2-part session, you will learn effective methods for negotiation with any stakeholder (from a UX designer to a tech team lead), when to hold and when to fold, and when to bring in more help so you can spend less time stressing, more time working. 

We’ll use the 2nd part to work as a group to help solve a current conflict with the methods you learned.

Requirements

• Send Tovah a dilemma you'd be comfortable to discuss, no later than April 1st. It can be about how to handle a content disagreement,  how to improve a process with a team member or anything else. If yours is selected, we'll discuss the issue as a group and you'll be sure to come away with insights on how to negotiate and resolve it.  If you have any questions, reach out to Tovah.
